Building repairs, water ingress, emergencies, insurance work and electrical across your whole portfolio, handled by one contractor with one point of contact and reports your committees can act on.
A typical strata building generates a constant stream of work across trades: a roof leak into a top-floor unit, cracked render on the façade, a failed balcony membrane, common area lights out, a defect notice from the electricity network. Each one normally means a different contractor, a different quote, a different set of chasers.
We cover building, waterproofing, damp, roofing, structural repairs and electrical, including network-side Level 2 work, in-house. Strata managers send one work order and get one contact, one quote and one completion report.

Water getting into units is the most frequent and most disputed problem in strata buildings. The visible damage (stained ceilings, bubbling paint, swollen skirting) is often a long way from the source. Before anything is repaired, the source has to be confirmed, and responsibility between lot owners and the owners corporation often depends on it.
We investigate systematically: roof and box gutters, flashings, balcony and planter box membranes, window and door seals, façade cracks, and plumbing penetrations. You get a clear report on the likely source and the repair needed, then we fix the source and make good the damage inside.
Reactive repairs cost more than planned maintenance. We can inspect common property and give the owners corporation a prioritised list of building and electrical items, which helps committees plan work and capital works fund spending instead of reacting to failures. Typical items include gutter and roof maintenance, sealant renewal, render and paint, balcony membrane condition, timber elements and switchboard condition.
Include the building address, lot number if relevant, access details and any photos. For emergencies, call 02 8107 9998 any time.
